We are excited to announce that in addition to the Chair, the Euston Housing Delivery Group (EHDG) will include four key advisory roles. These roles are essential to driving the success of our ambition for housing and regeneration in the Euston area. Each role will provide expertise, industry-leading insights, and constructive challenge to ensure innovative and effective solutions are developed at pace.
Below are three key roles we are recruiting for and their responsibilities. The additional role will be provided by the London Borough of Camden, focused on housing innovation and delivery.
Introduction from the Chair
As the Chair of the Euston Housing Delivery Group, I am thrilled to invite experienced individuals to join our team on an advisory basis. Our mission is to transform the Euston area into an outstanding neighbourhood that is first and foremost a great place to live for local people, but also a significant powerhouse for the overall UK economy, driving innovation and productivity.
We are committed to delivering thousands of new homes, including a range of affordable housing, and supporting the development of a vibrant innovation district. By working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including the local community and businesses, the London Borough of Camden, the Mayor of London, MHCLG and DfT, we aim to create a thriving and inclusive environment that benefits everyone.
We are seeking individuals with a range of experiences and backgrounds to fill key advisory roles within our group. These roles will involve providing strategic guidance, making recommendations, and offering practical support to progress delivery.

Master Planning and Placemaking Expert Contributor
This role will focus on providing expert advice on how to create vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive urban spaces. This will help to guide how the EHDG’s work can amplify and enhance the Euston Area Plan and identify areas where a constructive approach to further evolving the existing planning and design frameworks, could rapidly achieve greater benefits for the local community and the broader place vision.
This expert will assist in advising how the master planning and place making approach can also best meet the needs of the local community and enhances the quality of life for residents. They will bring industry-leading insights and challenge conventional approaches to urban design to focus on delivery of high-quality outcomes for all, in an affordable and delivery focused manner.
Global Frontier Growth Expert Contributor
This advisory role will bring a deep understanding of pioneering advancements and cutting-edge developments in key industries such as life sciences, technology, and the creative sectors and how place creation can support and amplify these on the world stage.
As an expert in global Frontier growth, they will help the EHDG identify opportunities for how regeneration at Euston can deliver a world leading place that fosters the conditions necessary for Frontier growth, driving innovation and economic development in a sustainable and inclusive manner. They will offer industry-leading insights to drive forward new and existing initiatives, working with the already established groups of highly experienced partners, including UCL.
Structured Financing Expert Contributor
The structured financing advisory role will advise on the financial and delivery aspects of the EHDG’s projects. This role involves assessing how structured financing and delivery models could best be deployed, to secure private sector long term funding to support the group’s initiatives.
This expert will have established relationships with investors and financial institutions, both in the UK and international markets. They will advise on how new opportunities could be structured to support the long-term financial viability and success of regeneration.

The Euston Housing Delivery Group (EHDG) is a dynamic team supporting Euston through leading a strategic housing and regeneration approach. Chaired by Bek Seeley, whose appointment was announced in the Autumn 2024 budget, the EHDG brings together experts in urban design and master planning, housing delivery, place led “Frontier” growth and large-scale project financing.
As a member of this group, you will collaborate closely with the London Borough of Camden, MHCLG, local communities, and the GLA to drive significant investment and economic growth in the region.
Camden is home to thriving industries such as life sciences, technology, professional services, and the creative sectors. These industries offer the opportunity for Euston to be at the forefront of “Frontier” growth for the UK, characterised by pioneering advancements and cutting-edge developments. The EHDG aims to support and enhance this potential, delivering regeneration that provides lasting opportunity for the local community and supports the creation of a globally admired centre of innovation, knowledge and creativity.
The EHDG working alongside the London Borough of Camden will build on already established achievements to create new homes, enhance social infrastructure, and support economic growth.

Essential criteria
General Essential Criteria for All Advisory Roles
• Experience of delivering significant housing, regeneration or infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience of stakeholder engagement, with evidence of using influencing and networking abilities to form positive partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, in particular Local Authority partners.
• A wide range of cross-cutting expertise in regeneration and housing with strong analytical skills and an ability to get to grips with complex issues.
• The ability to provide insight into what is happening on the ground and be alert to new and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and engagement skills with the ability to contribute constructively to collective decision-making processes by listening to others and earning the respect of colleagues.
• A strong track record of making effective decisions on significant issues within the private, public or voluntary sectors.
• Innovators, who can demonstrate they can bring new ideas and good practice grounded in sound knowledge of housing and regeneration.
• Ability to work at pace to drive progress.

• Expertise in pioneering advancements and cutting-edge developments in key industries such as life sciences, technology, and the creative sectors and how place creation can support and amplify these on the world stage.
