We are four acute NHS Trusts – Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Our hospitals employ over 33,000 staff, and they are all united by their dedication for what we do.
With several of our non-executive directors reaching the end of their terms, we are looking to appoint three talented and committed individuals to take their place on our board
Person Specification
The roles that we are looking to fill include:
- Board member for London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, where they will chair the Audit Committee, and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where they will be a member of the Finance & Performance Committee and the People Committee. This role will also take on the board leadership role as Freedom to Speak Up champion.
- Board member for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where they will chair the Finance and Performance Committee, and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where they will be a member of the Quality and Safety Committee and the Audit Committee.
- Board member for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, where they will chair the Quality Committee, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where they will be a member of the People Committee and the Finance and Performance Committee.
