NHS Resolution – interim chair
The appointment of Mike Pinkerton as interim Chair of NHS Resolution has been extended from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, or until a new chair is appointed.
The role will continue to involve a time commitment of 2 to 3 days per week, and remuneration for the role is £63,000 a year.
In accordance with the Code of Governance for Public Appointments, the department consulted the Commissioner for Public Appointments on the interim appointment.
Also in accordance with the Code, there is a requirement for appointees’ political activity to be made public. Mike Pinkerton has not declared any political activity.
