An announcement has been made on the outcome of this appointment.
Tim Irish’s term of appointment as a non-executive director of NICE has been extended by 3 months with effect from 1 August 2021 to 31 October 2021.
The appointment will continue to involve a time commitment of 2 to 3 days per month. Remuneration for the role will continue to be at a rate of £7,883 per year.
The appointment was made in line with the Cabinet Office Code of Governance for Public Appointments. The regulation of public appointments against the requirements of this code is carried out by the Commissioner for Public Appointments.
In accordance with the Code, there is a requirement for an appointee’s political activity (if any is declared) to be made public. Tim Irish has not declared any political activity.
