We are recruiting a non-executive director for Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.  This is an exceptional opportunity to share your talents and expertise to make a positive difference to the lives of people in your community.

Person Specification

You will need to have a genuine commitment to the patients and communities served by the trust, the promotion of excellent health care services and tackling health inequalities.  You will also be a qualified accountant with senior level finance experience in a comparable sector.

Board level behaviours

The NHS Leadership model describes nine behaviours which together contribute towards strong and effective NHS leaders.  If you are invited to interview, you will also need to demonstrate the range of behaviours required to contribute effectively in this board level role:
