An announcement has been made on the outcome of this appointment.

NHS Improvement is pleased to announce the appointment of Brodie Clark CBE as Chair of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. He has been appointed from 11 August 2020 until 10 August 2022 and will receive remuneration of £30,000 per annum. He has not declared any political activity in the last five years.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to chair Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH). This is a unique opportunity to help deliver the NHS 10 year plan and shape the future of local services by sharing your talents and expertise to help transform community services, working with local partners to deliver the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership priorities and to making a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of communities served by the Trust.

LCH, which serves a population of approximately 868,000 and delivers care to around 5,000 people every day, is an award winning trust with many of its staff having been recognised nationally for their achievements.

The Trust provides a range of community healthcare services to the people of Leeds with some of its specialist care being provided across Yorkshire and the Humber. Care is always provided in or as near to a person’s own home as possible. Its services are organised into three business units; Adult Services, Specialist Services and Children and Families.

The Trust’s purpose is to provide high quality community healthcare. It does this by working in partnership with other organisations and groups, involving and developing staff, and using resources wisely to continually improve services.

We are looking for candidates who want to use their energy, skills and experience to help drive the delivery of sustainable healthcare services for the people of Leeds, and some surrounding areas.
