A Curriculum Vitae (Maximum 2 pages font size 12) - which provides your contact details, details of your education and qualifications, employment history, directorships, membership of professional bodies and details of any relevant publications or awards;
A supporting statement (Maximum 2 pages 2 font size 12) - setting out how you meet the criteria for appointment, as set out in the person specification for the role;
Information relating to any outside interests or reputational issues;

For candidates that reach interview stage, when attending the interview, you will be asked to provide ID. This can be either a valid passport or photo card driving licence.
